Live life cleaner by making the Earth greener! In this variation of Geo Trekking, teams will embark on a technology driven scavenger hunt with a hand-held GPS unit to locate different checkpoints. Each checkpoint will consist of a team challenge or trivia based question which must be solved before they can collect items needed to help households go green! Items may include a hand-crank flashlight, rechargeable batteries, or solar chargers but will ultimately depend on budget and availability. Collected items will be boxed up and donated to a local charity to help families learn how to be more environmentally conscious in their homes and make green choices. Let’s go green together.
