Discover your groups DNA with this hands-on activity which allows teams to construct oversized 3D models of a DNA helix. Cultural DNA combines visions, values, and sense of purpose that bind an organization together. This interactive activity requires communication, attention to detail and determination while working together under pressure. Using only the available resources, teams will construct a section of DNA out of PVC pipe based off of a prototype located in a central location. One at a time, team members will inspect the design for 30 seconds before returning to their team with valuable information to continue the building process. The first team to successfully complete their DNA structure, wins!
